Body Piercings
Always wash you hands before cleaning!


Every morning and night:
1. Apply 2-3 drops of aftercare, leave to soak 2-3 minutes
2. Dry properly using clean kitchen roll
3. Keep fingers off! No twisting, picking or touching!
4. Always dry properly after bath, swimming etc
Do this until your healed!

Oral Piercings
Always wash you hands before cleaning!

Oral piercing will swell!

Every morning and night:
1. Rinse mouth with Listerine
2. Rinse mouth with cold water
3. Avoid hot things in mouth for a couple of days
4. Cold things and Ibuprofen will reduce swelling

Tattoos
Always wash you hands before cleaning!

Your tattoo needs to be in cling film 24hrs a day for the next 3 days
So PLEASE eat, sleep and work in cling film!

Every morning and night
1. Take cling film off (don't be alarmed by the gunk!)
2. Wash tattoo with water
3. Pat tattoo dry with kitchem roll
4. Apply a thin smear of Bepanthen cream
5. Redress tattoo with cling film

After the 3 days just keep applying Bepanthen cream twice a day
Avoid: Swimming, the sun and keep your hands off!

Note: Using the cling film method will help keep scabbing to a minimum
